Clean up a photo

Cleanup

The Cleanup section has two controls for photos with flaws:

• Smooth Noise reduces the grainy speckles you often see in dark or low-light photos.
• Remove Dust cleans up small specks.

Red Eye and Blemish

These two are in the Beauty section.

• Red Eye: flash photos can make eyes look red. Open Red Eye and fix each eye.
• Blemish: tap a spot on the skin to smooth it away. Zoom in first so you can tap accurately.

Tips

• Zoom in before you tap, so you hit the right spot.
• Do one thing at a time. Every edit is a separate step, so you can undo one without losing the rest.
